Before you leave us, please make sure you have done the following:
Notify Head of School and Admissions Office
Please Inform the Admissions Office and your child’s Head of School (via the Primary or Senior Office), in writing, that your child/family will be leaving BSM. Please include details of your child/ren (Full Name and class) and when and why the withdrawal will occur, and if applicable, what country the child is moving to.
Notice must be received by the school at least one month prior to the end of term in order to get your contributory deposit refunded.
If notifications need to be submitted during a school holiday period, please contact the Admissions Department directly (email@example.com).
Return all text books, library books and school owned equipment
All text books, library books & school owned equipment must be returned to school in order to get your contributory deposit refunded.
Exit documentation & Transfer Certificates
We require at least ten school working days notice for exit documentation to be prepared (if required).
For students going to a new school within the GCC, please be aware that some schools require a Transfer Certificate. Please check with your new school as to what they require. It is the parent’s responsibility to do this.
Please note that all text books, library books & school owned equipment should be returned prior to any leaving documentation being released.
Please ensure that all fee payments are up to date with the accounts department so that there is no delay in issuing your documents.
