In addition to teachers (including SEN and EAL specialists), we employ inclusion assistants and a large number of support staff including a careers advisor, examinations officer, school nurses and administrative, maintenance and security staff.

We provide all new teaching staff with a week-long induction programme to support their transition to life at BSM.
Internationally hired staff are assisted in establishing themselves within Muscat, including assistance with setting up bank accounts, arranging car hire and getting to know the city. We arrange several social events at the start of the academic year and all new staff are provided with a BSM buddy to help them settle.
