Teacher of Science - Physics (Senior School) Ref: TSS_15112022

We are looking for an outstanding Teacher of Science (Physics) to work with our highly engaged students in our Senior School.

Start date: August 2023

The closing date is Sunday, 4 December 2022. Longlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview approximately 1-2 weeks after the closing date.

You must be able to teach Physics to A level with the ability to teach another subject being desirable. All applicants must be qualified teachers, with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent qualification. We will consider applications from ECTs.

Working at BSM

You will need to be passionate, motivated and show a genuine commitment to creating an inspiring and stimulating learning environment which challenges and supports all students. We provide all new teaching staff with a week-long induction programme to support their transition to life at BSM.

Internationally hired staff are assisted in establishing themselves within Muscat, including assistance with setting up bank accounts, arranging car hire and getting to know the city. We arrange several social events at the start of the academic year and all new staff are provided with a BSM buddy to help them settle.
