BSM has small classes taught by excellent and enthusiastic teachers.

In addition to teachers (including SEN and EAL specialists), we employ inclusion assistants and a large number of support staff including a careers advisor, examinations officer, school nurses and administrative, maintenance and security staff.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Senior School Deputy Head (Pastoral) to work with our highly engaged students, staff and parents in our vibrant school. All applicants must be qualified teachers, with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent qualification. We arrange several social events at the start of the academic year and all new staff are provided with a BSM buddy to help them settle.
